Remote Strength & Conditioning: Tips & Advice

This is one of the core services. Remote S&C support can be purchased in a variety of lengths and check-in rates. 

 

All programs are individualised and periodised to suit your needs and individual circumstances. We will have 30min “check-ins” over the phone/skype to discusses how training is going, what’s been good and what could be done better in the next training cycle.

 

Before you start a program with Coach Coney you will fill out a Fitness & Lifestyle form and have an initial consultation to discuss aspects of your training and what you’d like to improve. I'll then make an initial 2-week program to test the waters, followed up with a one-off check-in. I'll then design your program and we'll commence with check-ins at the rate you've selected.
